Red Velvet Cupcakes

I made this because i found a recipe for Red Velvet and i've never tried making or tasted it before so... Voila! My first attempt at Red Velvet :)

Cake Flavour: Red Velvet
Layers: One
Icing: Red Buttercream
Techniques:  Large Piping Tip for the icing, Small Piping Tip for the Chocolate Pictures

Baby Bull Cake

I made this for my Grandad's 81st Birthday. It's a bull because he owns a farm and until recently they have always had cows on their farm.

Cake Flavour: Chocolate
Layers: One big cake, Three semicircles for the head  and Four little rectangle cakes for the feet.
Icing: Ganache, Fondant and Buttercream
Techniques: Structure Sticks, Paint and Circle Cutouts

Death by Chocolate

I made this because i wanted to test piping flowers straight onto cake, i think it was a success, although it was really hard to pipe because of the ganache.
